Description:
This Hawken in .45 Caliber was previously owned by a NH gent who seldom fired his smoke burners but kept them to display. The Hawken was discontinued when TC sold out to S&W in 2012 approximately, but the .45 Caliber was discontinued by TC sometime in the 1970's due to the greater popularity of the .50 Caliber. Black powder boys quickly learned that the discontinued .45 Caliber shot better at the shooting matches, and knocked deer down just as well as the .50 Calibers. This specimen is in fantastic condition. The pictures speak for themselves.
