Here's a Colt 1849 Pocket Conversion! Pictured on page 163 in the Colt Pocket '49 Book by Robert Jordan & Darrow Watt. Serial number 104,570. Gun was converted in the period to a smooth bore . Gun is in Excellent Plus Condition with most all of its Niclel finish still remaining . Bore and mechanics are Excellent. Gun is in Excellent working condition. All Numbers Match . Factory original wood grips are in excellent condition. Overall a very nice Colt 1849 with a period conversion .
