Custom control-feed FN Mauser with claw extractor by custom gunmaker, Bill Harvey. His name is engraved on the barrel. Wing safety. Block island rear sight with one fixed blade at 100 yards and two other foldable blades marked 200 and 300 yards. Barrel-banded front sight with hood and barrel-mounted swivel stud. 23.5" barrel. Classic Bastone walnut stock with cheekpiece. Trapdoor grip cap and leather-covered Pachmayr Decelerator recoil pad. Finely scroll engraved floorplate, trigger guard, action top, grip cap, front sight hood, sides of rear block island sight and Talley rings. Swarovski 3-9X36 Z3 variable scope.
I have used the gun on one mountain hunt. It is accurate and has only had a couple of boxes of Federal Premium ammo through it. It has some honest use marks in the wood along the right side of the action and edge of the chekering on the right side. These are not serious but are more substantial than gun safe handling marks. Light handling marks otherwise. Very small blueing wear spot on the underside of the barrel near the swivel stud. That's about it. These blemishes are easily fixed by anyone with wood working skills. More pictures on request. It's a fine custom rifle that would otherwise be priced $5500-$6500, but it's priced now to account for the marks on the stock and for quick sale.
