This early WWI 1914 dated DWM military P08 Luger pistol is in very fine condition which is unusual for an early WWI pistol. The 4' 9mm barrel has an excellent bore with bright, strong rifling. The gun retains apporx. 97% blue and 90% straw. With the exception of the correct type unnumbered wood base magazine, all numbers, including the firing pin and grips, match. The chamber is dated 1914 and the toggle has the DWM logo. The grips are excellent with sharp checkering. The action functions correctly. This is a desirabel early WWI DWM Luger, especially in this condition.
