THIS SAVAGE 1899 TAKEDOWN IN .303 SAVAGE REMAINS IN GOOD TO VERY GOOD CONITION. IT RETAINS MOST OF ITS ORIGINAL FACTORY BLUING. THE BORE REMAINS EXCELLENT THE WOOD HAS BEEN REFINISHED LONG AGO, AS EVIDENCED BY THE GRAIN NOT BEING FILLED AS WELL AS IT COULD BE (PLEASE SEE PICTURES)
