The 9mm 1908 Model DWM military dated Lugers were made for the German military. They can be identified by the DWM scroll inscription on the toggle, the year date (1910-1913) over the chamber, the lack of a stock lug, and military proofs. 18,000 were manufactured by DWM in 1913. With the exceprion of the correct type unnumbered wood base magazine, this excellent 1913 exampls is all matiching including the grips and firing pin. It has the added matching hold open. This pistol has approx. 98% blue and straw colored parts. The bore is excellent with bright, strong rifling. The matching grips are excellent The action functions correctly. This is a super example of the 1913 dated German military Luger.
