Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. Here is a ALKAR - Alkartasuna Fabrica De Armas Ruby - 32 ACP French Army Pistol from WWI. This pistol was made in Guernica Spain and imported to France. The French Army Star acceptance marks are present on the magazine well base. The bore is very good as is the erest of the gun. All matching including the properly marked magazine. Really nice example in tight shooting shape.
