Description:
For your consideration, a Browning Model 1886 in .45-70 Government. Based on the Winchester '86 action, this piece is in as new in box condition. This piece is one of a run of 3000 high grade 1886 made between 1992-3. The silver tone receiver features scenes of gold inlaid fishing grizzlies and mule deer bucks on the right and left sides, respectively. Checkered wrist and forend, the furniture terminates in a smooth, curved butt plate. The round barrel is topped with folding ladder rear and plain, blade front sights.
