"Springfield Model 1903 .30-06 caliber rifle. Early U.S. 1903 Service Rifle. Barrel is dated 1905. Bore has strong rifling. Wood is very good with sharp cartouche and minor nicks and dings. Metal has a gray patina, with approximately 60% blue Very good overall condition. A desirably early ’03. This gun is sold as parts only and is not safe to fire.
