Description:
For your consideration, a Winchester model 1894 chambered in .30 Winchester Centerfire. This is a commemorative issued in celebration of the centennial of the 1894 action. Topped with folding v-notch irons, the barrel is an attractive half-round-half-ocatagon profile. A folding, tang mounted peep sight increases the sight radius by another 13." The checkered forend is tipped with a blued steel cap. Likewise checkered, the semi-pistol grip stock terminates in a steel crescent buttplate. Both are crafted of fancy American walnut. The receiver is decorated with the bucks and border-bound acanthus scroll work of Winchester's No. 9 engraving motif. Included is the box. .30 WCF
