Description:
For your consideration, a Winchester model 1894 chambered in .38-55 Winchester. The round barrel is marked, "38-55" and is topped with semi-buckhorn and brass beaded blade sights. Finish on the receiver and barrel has thinned somewhat and that which remains is becoming a brown patina. The finish on the magazine tube is a consistent, but dulled blue. This example dates to 1901. .38-55 Winchester
