Comes with original matching box and authentication letter from Colt Archives.  The condition is spectacular.  1984 was the first year Colt offered the Python with a Bright Stainless Steel Finish.  As to the factory bright finish, there are only two ways to substantiate an original factory bright stainless finish. One way is having the original box with an original number matching label that says BSTS.  The second is a letter from the Colt Archives.  This Python has both.  It also comes with all of the original paperwork including the original sales receipt.     If you think you see any marks or blemishes in the photos, they are merely shadows, dust or reflections.  You will need a magnifying glass to see a faint partial cylinder drag line between several chambers.
