The Union Stockyards were founded in South Omaha in 1883 and within 20 years, Omaha had four of the five major meatpacking companies in the United States. Texas herds were driven to Omaha and the cow hands were paid at trails end. With money in their pockets, they purchased guns like this one. This one has plenty of blue and a little case color. The action is crisp and lockes up tight...all 4 clicks. The bore is 6 out of 10. Buyer Pays and Insurance and I'll pay shipping. SOLD |
