Pristine! New and Unfired Winchester Model 12 in 16 gauge with 28" Solid Rib Barrel. Full Choke, 2 3/4" Chamber. S/N 1307*** made in 1950. When I received this gun it was still packed in the factory cosmoline and quite a chore to clean up. It has never been fired beyond possible factory test, and shows virtually no wear whatsoever, even on the normally hidden forward portion of magazine tube with the slide back. The bolt face is as new. There is a super fine razor like scratch on the R side of receiver that reflects light at certain angles so I zoomed in on it. I'm sure this could be made to disappear with the right solution, but I'll leave that to the discretion of the new owner. Mechanics are of course flawless and the bore?..Well, sellers use the term "mirror bore" pretty loosely but wait till you get a load of this one. Better bring your razor. Surely among the very finest of this desirable gauge and configuration that you will ever see offered for sale.
