Description:
Beautiful early Grade 6 made in 1885 on a #3 Frame with 32" damascus barrels.  This exact gun is pictured in full on pages 314 and 315 of "THE PARKER STORY".  Made with splinter forend, double triggers, extractors, straight top lever, capped pistol grip buttstock with fine gold inlaid shield on top behind tang and gold inlaid oval near toe.  This gun is absolutely full coverage scroll and game scene engraved, most likely by W.H. Gough, and was the highest grade made at the time of manufacture.  The gun has fully sculpted fences as seen in the photos and is top notch in every regard from stem to stern.  One of just 20 made in this configuration according to the Parker Story.

This gun made for William Clemmons of New Braunfels, TX.  Clemmons is well known to have ordered several Grade 6 guns, one of which was recently documented in a full length feature article in the Double Gun Journal.  This gun comes to me from a private collection and has not been offered for sale in more than 25 years.

This gun is absolutely incredible and remains in near perfect condition with most of a very early and accurate Creekside Gun shop restored finish to the case colors.  They are near indistinguishable from original as seen in the photos and photos in the Parker Story.  The barrels retain nearly all of their bold original damascus pattern.  Stocks are sound and retain nearly all of an older restored finish having never been sanded or taken down.  Mechanics are crisp and bores are bright and shiny.

This is really a beautiful and awesome Parker, the quality and beauty of which cannot be overstated.  It is as fresh as a spring daisy not having been offered for sale in more than 25 years to the collecting public.  This gun is priced at $29,500 plus shipping and can be shipped directly to you as an antique.  Please dont hesitate to contact me with any questions or reasonable offers at (704) 280-2382 or via PM on this site.
