Here is a nice old Winchester 1894
Here is a nice old Winchester 1894 SRC that has been there and done that. The bore and the mechanics remain excellent but the stock tells of tough times on the range. There is a small easily repaired crack in the fore-end in front ot the band (pictured) which could readily be repaired if the buyer wanted to fix it. Some would just leave it as a bit of the carbine's history. 20" barrel with a tang sight and a buckhorn rear sight as well. Made in 1907 it is C&R eligible. The butt stock has numerous dings and dents but is solid. Off a South Dakota ranch. $50 shipping and insurance via priority mail to your ffl or C&R.
