Athougth fine and very handsome rifle is a collector / commemorative type as an XTR (deluxe extra finish) AE (angle eject allows use of scope) it is a rifle any deer hunter would be proud carry in the woods and to show off around camp. Highly figured American Walnut real cut checkered stock set.
Chambered in Cal. 30-30.. Bbl. 20". Limited Edition of 2,800 ( # 2063 of 2800) rifles produced in 1986 to commemorate Ducks Unlimited's 50th Anniversary. Action & bbl. bands are pewter finished. Action is ornamented w/ woodland & waterfowl scenes w/ "DUCKS UNLIMITED" marking on left side. Carbine style forearm & straight grip stock w/ crescent steel buttplate of satin finished select walnut w/ cut checkering. Right side of stock has pewter Ducks Unlimited medallion. CONDITION: over 99% original finish showing
