Description:
For your consideration, a Husqvarna M/40 pistol chambered in 9×19 Parabellum. This is a Swedish licensed copy of the Finnish Lahti L-35 pistol. The "D" serial prefix and ? over HV (Haerens Vapenarsenal) frame markings bear this example out as a Danish police contract sidearm. In Danish service, these were known as the M/40S, though this designation is not reflected in the markings. No import marks are visible on this piece. 9mm Luger
