Description:

Dutch Model 1873 Army Revolver in 9.4MM. SN #12965. Mfg. By P. Stevens of Maastricht, Netherlands in 1875 Est. P. Stevens was an Anglo-Dutch Gunmaker who is best known as the major contractor for the Dutch Beaumont Bolt-Action Rifle adopted in 1871. 6 1/8" Octagon Barrel with a VERY GOOD to EXCELLENT Bore for it's age with Clear Rifling and Light Pitting. This Double Action Centerfire Revolver has been Fully REFINISHED In-house and Both the Blued Metal and Walnut Grips Look Really Sharp. 6 shot cylinder. ALL MATCHING NUMBERS, INCLUDING THE GRIPS. Stamps and Crown Marks are Clear. EXCELLENT MECHANICALLY and Functions LIKE NEW.  First Issued in 1873, this Model saw alot of service in the Dutch East Indies and was considered a very reliable Black Powder Revolver. Early Models were fitted with Octagon Barrels like this one. Weight: 2.69 lbs. Trigger Pull: 9 lbs. As an ANTIQUE, no FFL is required to purchase this Revolver. More photos available upon request.
