Description:
Excellent example in popular 25-20 caliber. Absolutely untouched and exhibiting a much higher percentage of original finish than is typically seen on this model. S/N 174*** made in 1900! The full octagon barrel is 24 1/4". Full length magazine tube. About 85% Blue and varnish over most with lever and buttplate showing more wear. There are no cracks or gouges anywhere. The mechanical function is flawless, very tight, and as smooth as glass. The bore is average with decent rifling but showing some oxidation, particularly in the grooves. Perfectly shootable. Original issue sights. An overall great looking rifle.
