Ultra-rare pre-war Colt Ace with correct factory case! Manufactured in 1931. The pistol has an adjustable rear sight and fixed front sight. The pistol has98% original factory blue. The bore is perfect. The action works perfectly. The grips are perfect. The case has the correct extra ""Ace"" magazine. Adjacent to the magazine in the case is a round porcelain jar with grease in it topped with a silver colored lid. A cleaning rod and bore brush are just above the pistol. Below the pistol are two oil tins and adjacent to that are 3 vintage boxes of ""Western Super-X"" .22LR ammo. The case has very good black pebble grain texture. The edges show wear but are intact. The correct leather carrying handle is intact but shows wear. The interior is a dark green velvet and is not damaged or torn but does show wear near the form fitted parts. The case lock functions correctly. We have owned many Colt factory cases similar to this for other models but this is the first Colt Ace we have ever come across.
