Incredible MINT example of the very rare Model 61 Counterbore Shot only 22 LR. S/N 250*** made in 1957. 99%-100% condition throughout. Grooved receiver! 24" barrel starts out as .217 bore diameter until the last 8" which is counterbored to .265.
Like all RARE Winchesters, there are plenty of fakes out there but they are easy to spot if you know what to look for. Take a very close look at the detailed pictures...This rifle is 100% guaranteed to be original Winchester factory issue and is likely the very best you will ever see offered for sale.
