Description:
This 40-65 custom built Remington Hepburn rifle has a 31-1/2” blued tapered octagon to round Lilja barrel with a 1:16 twist. The bore is in very good condition. This rifle has a vintage Lyman globe front windage adjustable sight and the rear tang mounted elevation adjustable Vernier sight. The receiver is color cased hardened and is in very good condition. The Walnut buttstock featuring a checkered wrist and steel buttplate and the forend with a horn insert are both in very good condition. Taped to the buttstock is the previous owner’s sight setting / yardage chart. The length of pull is 14” and the overall length is 47”. Weight is 11 lbs. Our stock number is #C118.
