This is a beautiful example a five screw two inch Snubby. Made in 1945 this beauty is a highly sought after " One Liner" made in the USA Model, which commands a premium price as well as for its "S" serial number. Although the box is not numbered to the gun it is correct for the period and a great addition to this Smith.
The gun is near mint as can be in the photos. The action including the trigger pull is spectacular! You will truly appreciate the Smith & Wesson craftsmanship of the period.
