Beautiful fine original condition Ithaca Grade 3E 20ga Flues. This gun, likely Latham Engraved, is easily the finest twenty gauge Ithaca I have offered in some time. The gun made with 28" barrels, splinter forend with engraved push button release, auto ejectors, auto safety, capped pistol grip buttstock with original Ithaca Gun Co. monogrammed buttplate The gun is finely engraved in Grade 3 Pattern with floral scroll and large flying goose on bottom. Finely checkered stocks.
This gun remains in very fine original condition. Barrels retain about 95% original blue with beginning thinning towards muzzels. Receiver retains more than 70% nice original high luster case colors. Engraving is quite sharp and near perfect. Stocks are excellent and retain nearly all of their original finish with checkering nice and crisp. Overall, the stocks are excellent with only minor handling marks and a small area of impression in the checkering which does not detract in any way. Bores are brilliant and shiny. Mechanics are crisp.
