Description:
28 inch full octagon barrel that features an "1876" marked folding rear sight and Lyman front sight.Thumbprint dust cover. Wood is in good condition with the usual handling mars and some small chips missing around the upper tang. Full length mag tube and a rifle style buttplate. Barrel and mag have traces of blue turning a gray/brown color. Sharp corners and sharp markings. Frame is about the same. Bore is good and could be even better with a good cleaning. 9k serial range This is a good representative example of an early Model 1876 rifle that has been there and done that in the wild west.
