This Rizzini Cortona Prestige small gauge gun and is a great example of quality Italian shotguns. From the beautiful case-colored action to its solid lockup, gold enhanced side plates and receiver this is a shotgun that will turn some heads at the range or afield with performance to match its looks. The shotgun is in excellent condition, appearing to have spent more time in its included custom-fit case than out. Perfect for challenging yourself on the skeet range, Gentleman/Gentlelady hunting and or other clay sports with the wide variety of chokes included for the 28 gauge, this is a shotgun that can do it all. If you’ve been looking for a nice sporting or hunting shotgun and want to have something that gives you some options, this is the one. This shotgun retains approximately 99% of its metal finish. The barrel set has the faintest wear from the forend, this is concealed when installed. There are no significant handling marks in the barrel or receiver. The screw heads are sharp. The markings are clear. Overall, this shotgun set is in Excellent condition. There is one impression/chip just above the unused stock cartouche.
The action functions correctly including the ejectors on each barrel. The trigger is selected with a switch on the safety slider. The safety does not automatically engage when the action is opened.
