This offers for sale one of the rarest Ruger Flattop revolvers ever made by the Ruger company, a Flattop 6 1/2” revolver, chambered for the .41 Magnum cartridge.
Undoubtedly, the Ruger Flattop single-action revolver is the most famous and coveted firearm model ever produced by Ruger!
In 2009, via special order from Williams Shooters Supply, a wholesale firearms distributor, Ruger produced a single run of 300 “Flattop” Single Action Revolvers, chambered for the 41 Magnum caliber. The very limited production revolver was produced in two barrel lengths: 119 revolvers with 4 5/8” barrels and 181 revolvers with 6 1/2” barrels. It was the first reincarnation of Ruger’s famous Flattop revolver, since the original production run of the now famous “Flattop” 357 Magnum and 44 Magnum revolvers ceased in the early 1960s.
Thus, this presents a rare opportunity for one fortunate shooter / collector to acquire one example of the Ruger 41 Magnum caliber “Flattop” revolver, in absolutely new, un-fired condition, produced in early October, 2009, and accompanied by its original red plastic container, with its instruction manual, spent cartridge case, lock and keys.
