Description:
Very Nice LC Smith Field Grade. Mechanically perfect. This 1937 sidelock made in Fulton, NY has been well cared for and has been in my personal collection for over 20 years. 28" bbls, bores are perfect and choked Mod/Imp Mod. Lots of case hardening remaining, turning silver on sideplates. Good dimensions with 14" LOP over orignal buttplate, 2 1/2" drop at heel. Wood is very good with a few scuffs and very small chip at bottom of action (see photo). No cracks. Original and reliable non-selective Hunter One Trigger. A very nice example, ready for the field or range.
