Description:
This Ithaca long range Western Arms 20 gauge side by side has only been out of the safe twice in 20 yrs. Once to shoot 2 grouse and once for "pasture" clays. The 26 inch barrels are stamped 2 & 4 on the flats for mod/full. Double triggers. LOP is 14 3/8 to end of buttplate from front trigger.Opening lever is way right of center.Case colors are brilliant and almost all there. Barrel blue is well into upper 90's. Bores are bright.Wood and its finish are very near perfect.Weight is 6 1/4 pds.Its amazing how things like wood to metal fit and finish is so good on a field gun. They really had pride in their craftsmanship back then. This is a must for an Ithaca collector. Very hard to upgrade on this one.Buyer responsible for shipping and insurance.
