Description:
Weatherby South Gate bolt action rifle on a Mauser action made in 1957. This rifle is chambered in .270 Weatherby Magnum. 24” barrel which is numbered to the action.
The stock is set-up for a right hand shooter with cheek piece and palm swell; 13 5/8” LOP. The stock is fully glass bedded.
Gun is mechanically excellent. The bore is perfect. On top of the gun is a Leupold VX II 3-9x40 with duplex reticle.
The gun has been used..but definitely not abused. About 95% blue with muzzle wear and floorplate wear.
