Remington 673 Guide gun in .350 Remington Magnum. Customized entirely by Hill Country Rifles with flat black Cerakote finish to all metal parts, Sunninghill bottom metal, Dakota bold handle, trued chamber and crowned muzzle. Talley base with removeable rings holding a Leoupold VX3 1.5-5x20mm variable. Butler Creek scope caps. Original rear sight included. XS peep sight also included. Practical rig in immaculate, as-new condition. Test-fired only. No dings on the wood or scratches on metal parts.
The .350 Rem. Mag. is the original short magnum, and Boddington has written a lot about his use of it and its effectiveness. I have used a duplicate of this .350 rfile over the world's gamelands . . . on a dog sled in Nunavut for barren ground must ox . . . through the forest of Cameroon for bongo . . . in Argentina for red stag . . . for Elk and mountain lion and other NA game in the US and Canadian West. It's a very efficient cartridge in an easy to carry and easy to pack rig that is customized for extra practicality and functioning. Light recoil considering what happens on the business end of this gun. Priced well below cost for all the custom work performed.
