This NEW VERSION of the famed ANACONDA is the best ever. Unlike the Anaconda of old, the NEW version uses the ultra-precise Python action. The design is identical, it's just larger. In addition, the NEW Anaconda features advanced metallurgy like all of Colt's new double-action revolvers. This Anaconda is a precision large-frame revolver built for the long haul.
The action on the NEW Anaconda is very smooth, but improvements can be made to the single-action and double-action trigger pulls as well as mechanism smoothness.
Our PRECISION ACTION & TRIGGER TUNING© improves the trigger pulls and makes the action smooth as glass. Once completed, your NEW Anaconda will have an ultra-crisp single-action trigger pull of 2.75 - 3.0 pounds and a slick and smooth double-action trigger pull of 8.75 - 9.00 pounds.
