SALE PENDING on this Remington Model 14R in .30 Rem with a 181/2" barrel which is from my personal collection.The metal and wood are rated about 85% plus. The metal is showing a grey patina at the carry points ( receiver bottom and chamber area). The wood has no cracks or extra holes and a few dings and sctatches fron normal hunting use. The bore is excellent with great rifling and shiny also.This sweet little carbine has some great sights as follows: Front sight is Lyman with Ivory bead. Rear sight is a Factory Wheel Sight. Also mounted in the factory holes at the rear top receiver is a Lyman Peep Sight.The butt plate is a factory metal checkered with UMC logo.The left side receiver has the brass cartridge head with caliber marking. Also included with this carbine are 3 full boxes of 30 Remington Ammunition 170 grain Soft Point with all matching Head Stamps. All cartridges are clean and shootable. The cardboard boxes are decent with some minor tattering. Between the 3 boxes of ammo and the desirable sights previously mentioned there is about $400.00-$500.00 in additional value.I have shot this rifle and it functions great and it is very accurate and a very light and a comfortable firearm to carry in the Deer Woods.The overall firearm is rated at Very Good or 85% plus.I will ship to a FFL or C&R within the Continental US .
