A superb machinist made model of a heavy breech loading fortress gun, probably by Welin of Britian or Lahitolle of France. It is on a machined steel base, a steel fortress type carrriage that elevates and traverses. It has a functioning breech with interupted screw breechblock. It is made of steel and the barrel has a blued finish.
