A Whitney Kennedy octagon barrel 44-40 lever action sporting rifle with double set triggers. This gun has the "S" shaped lever and 24" barrel.

Condition - High condition retaining a very large percentage of the original blue finish. Walnut stock shows almost all the original high gloss varnish finish with a few scattered marks and a 3/4" sliver missing from the upper comb. The bore is excellent and the action is tight and crisp. This is an honest untouched gun with no restoration.
