Description:
Made in 1894, this beautiful high original condition Lefever EE Grade has everything today's discerning buyers want - original condition with shootable dimensions. This gun is a 12ga with 30" fine damascus barrels. Made with splinter forend with engraved push button release, capped pistol grip buttstock, auto ejectors and auto safety. The gun is nicely scroll and game scene engraved in typical early E Grade pattern with Pointer on right lock, woodcock on left lock and flourishes of scroll throughout.
The gun remains in fine all original condition. The barrels retain more than 95% bold original pattern. Action retains about 90-95% bold original case colors as seen in the photos. Stocks are sound and original and retain more than 95% original finish. The only thing that has ever been done to the gun is that the old pad was replaced as it had crystalized and crumbled. The new pad is a proper Silvers type pad that fits perfectly. The gun is in perfect mechanical shape with brilliant shiny bores.
