Description:
Rare Savage 99C, made in Spain for a short time around 1992. Approximately one thousand of this model were produced. Savage shipped receivers and small parts from the factory and had the rifles assembled in Spain and shipped back. Everything on this rifle is factory, the recoil pad, Monte Carlo stock, Savage medalion on pistol grip, sling studs, and the original Williams rear sight. Bluing is 90%, only because of a very small rub on the end of the barrel, and a few specks on the left side of the receiver. The stock has nice figure in the wood and no cracks behind the receiver or anywhere. The bore is perfect and the action is slick as glass. Make a great black bear, deer rifle.
