this one made in 39, 82 yrs old, and who has a box, shame they threw that away. this gun is 100% blue & wood, but the buttplate has couple of scratches top & bottom (in pic) action looks like it has hardly been fired, Bore is mint, as is the whole rifle! Wood has no marks at all, Forend cap is Flaking Blue as usual, Receiver & Barrel has no blue wear at all, proof marks are perfect of course, 100% orig. The best I have ever had !!
