2nd Generation Colt Single Action Army fitted with a 7-1/2 inch barrel,original grips, blue/color case-hardened finished, and is chambered in .38 Special cartridge. This 1956 vintage (1st year of production) is in excellent mechanical condition. The bore looks as new and the action functions perfectly, with a tight lock-up. The case colors are bright and rate at 98%. The high luster blue rates at 95% with some minor muzzle wear and a visible turn line. Note: a prior owner's name has been very lightly etched into the bottom of the grip as seen in the photos. A very nice early 2nd Generation Single Action. Sorry, no box or paper-work.
