Cool 1950's Vintage custom 1903 MK I sporting rifle chambered in 30-06. This rifle was built on a 1918 springfield MK I action and retains its original barrel. The bore is bright and shiny. The custom stock show a lot of fiddle back and feature a rosewood forend tip and grip cap. The LOP is 13-5/8" with a Pachmayr recoil pad. The stock is free of any cracks or repairs and is solid in every respect with only light handling marks present. This rifle has a period correct Buehler mount and rings with a Bausch & Lomb 2.5-8X Balvar 8A scope. The optics are clear and feature fine tapered crosshairs. If you like to shoot or hunt with vintage rifles, This is a good one that is ready to go and priced very fairly for what it is.
