I'am listing this as used; the only time it's been fired (since the factory) were 3 rounds through the Casull cylinder, and none through the .45 Colt cylinder, by the original owner who ordered it in this configuration. You can no longer order a model 83 in .45 Colt. It's no longer cataloged. If you send a .454 back for a .45 Colt cylinder to be fitted, the cost is now over $380. This one, like new in the box doesn't have that issue. Speaking of boxes, you get the box, the manual, the warranty card,factory-recommended reloading data, and a solicitation for the Wayne Baker biography (Founder of Freedom Arms). If you have access to a current Blue Book, please compare a 98% model 83 F-G ( it's been fired, so that's as high as I can go ), and don't forget to read the text about an extra cylinder an the specific note on a premium caliber. There's a considerable difference between the asking price and how this one calculates to the current value of 2021. Buyer pays flat rate of $35 shipping, which includes insurance.
