Description:
Scarce L.C. Smith 12ga Skeet special made with original 26" barrels. This gun with made with beavertail forend, straight grip buttstock, and engraved in standard Skeet Special pattern as seen in the photos. The gun is now equipped with a Miller single non-selective trigger and a Silver's type pad.
This gun remains in excellent condition mechanically. Trigger works perfectly, ejectors snap with authority, and the gun is tight on the face. The gun was originally made with a Hunter One Trigger as marked on the trigger plate and now has a non-selective Miller which works perfectly. The gun retains around 1/3 of its original case color. Barrels retain virtually all of a professionally restored rust blue. Stocks have been expertly restored, glass bedded, and are now ready for many years of hassle free service as they are sound and look great!
