Description:
Cogswell & Harrison cased Remington Derringer presented to Brig. Genl. Catey From the 5th Army May , 1 1918. Scrimshaw Ivory grips, gold wash barrels and silver plate frame. Extremely nice case with blue felt interior and a great retailer label. Case has the original key and an ivory handled brass cleaning rod. Comes with paperwork explaining who he was and what he did in World War One. This is as good as it gets for a Remington Derringer. The gun is British proofed. CONDITION: Gun retains virtually all of its original factory finish. The gold wash on the barrels is thinning. Iv ory grips show age with no chips or cracks. Bright and shiny bores with sharp lands and grooves. Case is minty with just a few small handling marks. This gun must be shipped to an 01 or 03 FFL holder. Shipping will be $25.00.
