Remington Model 550-1 - .22 LR Rifle - Monte Carlo style pistol grip walnut stock with new sling posts. Butt plate very good. 24 in. barrel , bore is clean and bright. Wgt. 6.25 lbs. Barrel and receiver are retaining approx. 90 - 95% bluing. Open rear adj. sights, with bead front sight. Receiver and floating bolt working smooth in excellent condition. Include a Weaver 4X period correct scope in good condition with clear lenses. Rifle has seen very little use as showing very minor handling marks on stock and barrel. This is a scarce vintage as it is the first year of production dated 1941. Manufactured from 1941 to 1970. Collector quality.
