DROPPED TO $2850. Guess I priced it a lttle above the market. USFA PLINKER. Dome Blue & Turnbull case color hardened frame. Scarce, hard-to find model and absolutely stunning. 100% NEW in serially-numbered BOX unfired w/ manual and USFA screen-printed soft gun glove. This example is an early 100%-US gun with all US-made features – serial # above 22000, cone firing pin, forged hammer with hand-knurled spur, hammer to frame backstrap curve perfectly aligned, sloped front sight profile, “straight” cylinder bolt advance notches, etc. I have included high-resolution close-up pics, taken in natural light, so any specks are just lint and "rainbow" coloring in the Dome blue are just light reflections from any Rem-oil remaining on the metal. Box is in generally good condition, with the exception of 2 corners loose on the lid. NOTE: This is the original 6-shot Single Action Army model – not the later 12/22 12-shot model. Includes both .22 LR and .22 Magnum cylinders – both in new unfired condition. This is the first true USFA Plinker model I’ve seen for sale this year. This gorgeous hand-detailed six-gun will be an important addition to any serious USFA collection. I’m happy to provide additional close-up pics from any angle, but it is 100% NEW and flawless in every respect. Unturned except for factory testing. If you’re a USFA enthusiast, you already know the story. Several gun mag writers consider these sixguns equal or better than First Gen Colts. Production ceased 8 or more years back, and they will likely never be made again. Located near Dallas/Waco/East & NE TX, so meeting for a legal in-person sale could work well for a Texas resident. Don’t have to sell or need to sell -- I'm just an older guy wanting to pass along a highly collectible USFA six-gun to another enthusiast. Payment in US Post Office MO's ONLY (or cash for Texas in-person sale). I’m not a dealer. Based on the value and 100% NIB condition of this gun (no defects or usage distractions to consider or evaluate), it is being offered for a NO RETURN SALE, same as if you bought it new in a gun shop. I haven't sold much recently, but have 100% rating on GI and GB.
