"Scalp" is a moving and rather dark bronze piece by well known Western artist Fredric Remington. It depicts a Native American Indian on horseback, holding what appears to be a scalp in the air. This piece invokes the true idea of "the Wild West" and all of the unspoken things that that entails. It is number 9/300 and was given the Heston award. It measures 10 1/2 x 9"
