WWI era Winchester 1897 riot gun that has been Arsenal converted to a trench gun. It is typical to see a WWI U.S. trench gun in this configuration without U.S. Ordinance markings. The shotgun is in the correct 600xxx serial range for the time period. The stock and forend are in excellent condition with minimal wear. The metal has about 80% of its original blue with scattered amounts of ""combat wear"" on the receiver and the heat shield. Overall excellent condition. Comes with a period correct sling.
