#4429. Jerry Fisher G33/40 6 mm Rem in 99% condition
A beautiful mountain rifle by Jerry Fisher ( his stamp is in the barrel channel) . Superb metal work by Herman Waldron, extensively engraved by the late Master engraver Franz Marktl who sadly passed away on July 19, 2021.
22” barrel with perfect bore and chamber, scroll engraved at the muzzle and at breech. Full coverage engraving on the action, two panel checkered bolt handle, hinged floor plate with a gold inlaid antelope. Two more pronghorns engraved on the metal butt plate. Canjar trigger, tang safety, fully engraved grip cap and scope mount bases. Well figured stock with nice contrast, borderless fleur de lys and ribbon checkering, ebony forend tip with spur, gold initial oval.
Weight is 7 lbs, 2 oz , LOP 13 ¾,” condition 99%.
