I am offering this gun because I'm turning 80 and have decided to sell my AyA collection of several models. Most AyA #2's normally sell between $6000 and $10,000 with the average above $7000. I am pricing this gun to sell at firm price of $3950. The metal finishes are excellent (much darker than shown in my pictures) as is the hand rubbed oil finish on the gorgeous wood. Very minimal handling marks on metal or wood. The #2 is the most popular of all the AyA sidelocks and for good reason because of the extraordinary engraving and fitting on this model at less than half the price of a #1. Standard features include chopper lump barrels, hand detachable locks, ejectors, cocking indicators and many more while following the Holland & Holland design sidelock action. 2 3/4" chamber, choked improved cylinder .007 and modified .019. Straight English stock at 14 1/2" LOP, 1 1/2" DAC and 2 5/8" DAH with checkered butt. Forend is splinter with Anson release. Double triggers inside an engraved trigger guard with rolled edge. Weight is only 6 lbs 7oz with 26" barrels making it a very light and lively bird gun!!
